Charlotte has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate
finance and compliance works. Charlotte’s practice focuses
on initial public offerings (including H Shares listing) on
the Main Board or the GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong
Limited by Hong Kong and PRC companies and ongoing
compliance by listed issuers including dual listed issuers,
mineral company and infrastructure company. The ongoing
compliance works include advising on various disclosure,
regulatory, compliance, corporate governance and general

Charlotte is also experienced in both public and private M&A
and bonds issue transactions. She advised the controlling
shareholder of a Main Board listed issuer on the disposal of
the controlling stake in the listed company and the
voluntary cash offer and advised the listed company on the
asset reorganisation, the distribution in specie and the
mandatory general offers. Charlotte obtained a LLB (Hons.)
and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of
Hong Kong.
